Tangshan Zhonghao
Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to be referred as Zhonghao
Company), founded in June 2010 with registered capital RMB 1,694,250,000 is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Kailuan Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock code is
600997, it is a listed company of Kailuan Group which is one of the world top
500 enterprises). Zhonghao Company has begun to commissioning test run in July
2014, and will start production in June this year.

Park with beautiful
scenery and convenient transportation. It belongs to Tangshan
harbor economic development zone which is in the core area of accelerated rise
of circum-Bohai sea region and joint development in Jing-Jin-Ji region (that is
Beijing, Tianjin,
Hebei Province). It is surrounded
by the four central cities, Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, and adjacent to Jingtang
Harbor and Caofeidian Harbor,
with Tanggang and Qiancao railway from south to north, the Tanggang highway and
coastal highway are directed to get to Zhonghao company. The water ways reach
in more than 80 countries(regions) and 120 harbors.
With an investment
more than 5 billions, Zhonghao company has 40,000 t/a POM project and 150,000
t/a adipic acid project, which are the state encouraging development projects
and listed in “A third group of key industry support project” by government of
Hebei province, and are also a milestone project that marks kailuan coal
chemical industry developing into new material chemical zone. Zhonghao Company
has advanced experimental equipments and strong ability in scientific research.
The international advanced production technology has been used in these two
projects, with production of high quality chemical products. The environmental
protection facilities are perfect, by-product recovery utilization rate
reaching 100%, three wastes are all through the harmless treatment, better than
the national discharge standard.
Zhonghao company
produces a variety of grades of POM products, which are general engineering thermoplastics
with high performance. The products have many advantages, such as good product
color and spherical degree, high age resistance, second processing ability and high
stability, good fatigue resistance, creep resistance, abrasion resistance, heat
resistance, alkali resistance and high formability. The POM products are also
known as super-steel in plastics field and are widely used in the industries of
automobiles, machine manufacturing, precise instruments, military industry,
etc. The ADA
products are important chemical materials, which are used to produce nylon 66,polyurethane PU sizing agent, raw liquid for sole, plasticizer, etc.
Meanwhile, the by-products are cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone, cyclohexane,
cyclohexene, dibasic acid and so on.
Zhonghao company
covers an area of 128.2 hectares, the second-phase projects are planning to
focus on extension of industrial chain to promote added value of products. The
priority projects are modified POM, downstream products of ADA and finish machining of intermediate
products. Now Zhonghao company are preparing to carry forward finish machining projects,
120,000 t/a engineering plastic of nylon 66 and 80,000 t/a fiber of nylon 66. At
that time, a recycling economy development model will be formed with Industry
chain longitudinal extension and whole auxiliary projects. Zhonghao company
will be a model base of chemical materials with the most long industry chain in
Hebei
province.
